With each purchase, you are supporting Colorado farmers, millers, and bakers. Our farmers are using regenerative practices including rotational cover cropping and water efficiency techniques. We include up to 7% Colorado-grown, certified organic Rye flour in each batch to enrich the nutty flavor of to dough as well as to support regenerative agricultural practices.
